I. Product Description and Applications

MY-7018 is a fully water-blown polyether polyol blend primarily used as a raw material for manufacturing continuous panels. This polyether polyol blend does not contain physical blowing agents; instead, it uses water as the blowing agent. The resulting foam exhibits excellent dimensional stability and fine cell structure. It meets the EN45545 and AS/NZS 1530.3:1999 flame retardancy standard and is suitable for the continuous production of composite building panels.

II. Product Specifications

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

Viscosity: ≤800 mPa·s at 25°C

Density: 1.09-1.15 g/ml at 25°C

Reaction Characteristics (Hand-mixed at 25°C):

Mixing time: 5 seconds

Cream time: 10-15 seconds

Fiber time: 45-55 seconds

Tack-free time: 60-70 seconds

Free-rise foam density: 30-33 kg/m3

IV. Storage

MY-7018 is highly hygroscopic and should be stored in clean, dry, and leak-free galvanized iron drums. It should be kept in a well-ventilated warehouse at room temperature. The product has a shelf life of six months from the production date. If tested and found to be within specifications after six months, it may still be used.

V. Safety

?Avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and open flames during storage.

?Due to its hygroscopic nature, MY-7018 should not be directly exposed to air.

?Prevent prolonged heating in air, especially for insulating materials or clothing that have absorbed polyether polyol, as they may spontaneously ignite.

?The product is not classified as a flammable liquid, but it should be prevented from entering groundwater or surface water, as it is not easily biodegradable.

?In case of spills, cover with sawdust, sand, or cloth, then shovel the material into a waste disposal container before proceeding with wastewater treatment.

?In case of fire, extinguish using foam, dry powder, dry ice, or water.
